Please use this form to submit information about your event that will be used to help better share your event details with our community.

  3. We will do our best to honor your request to include your event information in our PR materials.

Submission lead-time for PR materials:
  • Grace Alive:  Grace Alive due date (check with Ericka)
  • Sunday Flyer & Friday Email: min. 1 week prior
  • Website & Digital Signage: 2 weeks prior to needing
  • Flyer, Brochure, Postcard, Social: min. 2-3 weeks prior to needing
  • Banner or banner sticker: min. 2-3 weeks prior to needing
