Living On Mission

Jesus said, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1.8. He didn’t say, “You might be”, or “You could be”. He said, “You will be.” It will happen. The GATHERED CHURCH will become the SCATTERED CHURCH.
This Sunday, as we continue to gather during Lent, we will begin taking a look at what it means to be THE SCATTERED CHURCH. Just prior to His ascension, Jesus appeared to the disciples who had gathered together following His Resurrection. In Matthew 28, He tells them, “Go and make disciples of all nations”. The Good News was going to reach the four corners of the globe..
